Dear Kieran,
Heartedly happy to hear from you, since your last mail I did not take any action as usual due to my own record whenever I atke prompt reply to you within 24 hrs after receiving your message but in contrary it took several months for you to respond. Now it seem you have shown some keen interest in whatever you inquires. Concerning Agaricus blazei would be exactly for what you are doing with you button mushroom except chicken drop is not definitely required. Chopped corn or maize stalk or cob is more preferable. Outdoor fermentation and cooked out process(peat heating)could be very much shorter ie. 5-7 days for out door fermentation and 2 days for cooked out. For grain spawn could be done as per button mushroom spawn preparation except less lime added. Spawn run at 22-24 degree Celsius for 2 weeks then casing with laoming soil(do not use peat or spent moss ) with 1-2" deep. Fructification or pine head forming in 22-26 degree Celsius, 2-3 weeks after casing.

As I did mention in my previous mail that we(AnonBiotech) have entering to medicinal mushroom business emphasizing in Agaricus blazei, Cordyceps both C. sinensis(for mycelium biomass) C. militaris(both mycelium and fruiting bodies) Phellinus liteus, Ganoderma lucidum, Hericium arinaceus, Coriolus versicolor, Schizophyllume commune, Grifola frondosa and more, as main ingredients in mushroom concoctions for various kind of cancer, diabetes, HIV's , heart diseases etc. Most recently we have developed with great sucess in cosmetics like facial cream, lotion, saop, shampoo under Mushcare brand. I am sure that you could easily do the same in Ireland as well.
