งานประชุมทางวิชาการ เห็ดเป็นยานานาชาติครั้งที่ 7 ที่กรุงปักกิ่ง ประเทศจีน ที่สำคัญที่สุด ผู้สนใจเรื่องเห็ดเป็นยาไม่ควรพลาด

ท่านที่สนใจเรื่องเห็ดเป็นยา และอยากจะรู้ว่า ความเคลื่อนไหวทางวิชาการและความก้าวหน้าเกี่ยวกับเห็ดเป็นยาของโลกนั้น ระหว่างวันที่ 26-29 สิงหาคม ที่จะถึงนี้ จะมีการประชุมทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับเห็ดเป็นยาครั้งที่ 7 ขึ้นที่กรุงปักกิ่ง ประเทศจีน โดยจะมีนักวิทยาศาสตร์ และผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญเกี่ยวกับเห็ดเป็นยาจากทุกมุมโลกมาประชุมร่วมกันที่นี่ จะเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมจะได้รับรู้ความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการ ได้พบปะกับบุคคลสำคัญในวงการเห็ดเป็นยาของโลก พบกับผลิตภัณฑ์มากมายหลากหลายเกี่ยวกับเห็ดเป็นยา เทคโนโลยีอันทันสมัย ชมนิทรรศการเห็ดเป็นยาครั้งสำคัญระดับโลก เข้าร่วมรับฟังบรรดาผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับเห็ดเป็นยาจากประเทศต่างๆทั่วโลก ในการนี้ นับเป็นเกียรติอันสูลสุด ของ ดร.อานนท์ เอื้อตระกูล ที่ได้รับเชิญจากคณะกรรมการจัดงาน ให้ไปบรรยายในวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม นี้ด้วย โดย ดร.อานนท์ พร้อมทั้งครอบครัวอันประกอบไปด้วย คุณสง่า เอื้อตระกูล(พี่ชายคนโต) อาจารย์ธวัชและอาจารย์แสงจันทร์ เจียศิริพงษ์กุล(พี่สาว) อาจารย์อรทัย เอื้อตระกูล(น้องสาว)จะไปร่วมงานประชุมครั้งนี้ด้วย สาระสำคัญที่น่าสนใจตามตารางที่ได้เพิ่งรับจากคณะกรรมการเมื่อวานนี้นั้น จะเห็นว่า หลายต่อหลายประเทศใกล้บ้านเรา เช่น มาเลเซีย ไต้หวัน อินเดีย ญี่ปุ่น จีน ต่างพยายามนำเสนอสิ่งที่เป็นเรื่องใหม่ เพื่ออย่างน้อยเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศของเขา และขอให้จับตาไปที่ไต้หวันนั้น ถือว่า เป็นการทุ่มสุดตัวทุกครั้งที่มีการประชุมครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ระดับนี้ โดยครั้งนี้ได้เน้นไปที่เห็ดการบูร เพราะทางไต้หวันทำการผลิตเป็นยารักษาโรคเกี่ยวกับตับที่คนทั้งโลกเจอปัญหามากที่สุด ไต้หวันอ้างว่า เห็ดชนิดนี้ เกิดขึ้นเฉพาะที่ไต้หวันเท่านั้น จริงๆแล้ว บ้านเราก็มีถมไป เช่นเดียวกับทางแอฟริกา ที่แต่ไหนแต่ไร ไม่ค่อยจะมีงานวิจัยด้านนี้ แต่คราวนี้ จะสังเกตเห็นว่า ทางแอฟริกาให้ความสนใจและมีหลายประเทศนำผลงงานมาเสนอ แล้วไทยล่ะ ครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสทองของเราแล้ว แม้ว่า อาจจะเสนอผลงงานไม่ทันเพราะเวลากระชั้นชิด แต่น่าจะมีคนไทยที่อยู่ในธุรกิจนี้เข้าไปร่วมประชุมทางวิชาการเช่นนี้ หากท่านใดสนใจ สามารถติดต่อขอทราบรายละเอียดได้ที่ www.immc7.com ซึ่งการลงทะเบียนช่วงนี้ ถือว่า เป็นการลงทะเบียนช้ากว่ากำหนดหรือที่เรียกว่า Late registration นั้น จะต้องเสียค่าเข้าประชุมเต็ม ด้วยการโอนเงินเข้าไปก่อน แต่หากไปในฐานะผู้ติดตาม ดร.อานนท์ สามารถใช้สิทธิผู้ติดตาม(ไม่เกิน 8 ท่าน) จะเสียค่าเข้าร่วมถูกลงเกือบครึ่่ง และยังสามารถไปจ่ายเงินเป็นเงินหยวนได้ในวันลงทะเบียน จึงอยากเชิญชวนผู้สนใจ ไปร่วมงานประชุมทางวิชาการครั้งนี้ด้วย ส่วนท่านใดที่สนใจอยากจะเป็นผู้ติดตาม ดร.อานนท์นั้น สามารถติดต่อ ดร.อานนท์ได้โดยตรงที่ anonbiotec@gmail.com

ตกลงมีผู้ร่วมคณะกับ ดร.อานนท์ เอื้อตระกูล เพื่อไปประชุมทางวิชาการ เห็ดเป็นยาโลก ที่ปักกิ่งครั้งที่ 7 ระหว่างวันที่ 26-29 สิงหาคม 2556 มี คุณสง่า เอื้อตระกูล(พี่ชายคนโต) อ.ธวัช และอ.แสงจันทร์(พี่สาว) เจียศิริพงษ์กุล อ. อรทัย เอื้อตระกูล(น้องสาว) คุณปรีชา โชติกลาง ผู้ผ่านการอบรมทั้งเห้ดเศรษฐกิจและเห็ดเป็นยาจากสถาบันอานนท์ไบโอเทคและกำลังตั้งฟาร์มเห็ดสวนปทุมที่อำเภอลำลูกกา โดยคณะจะออกเดินทางไปยังกรุงปักกิ่ง โดยสารการบินไทยในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม ในวันที่ 30 สิงหาคม จะเดินทางโดยรถไฟความเร็วสูงไปยังเซี่ยงไฮ้ เพื่อดูงานเรื่องเห้ด และเดินทางกลับโดยสารการบินไทยในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2556 สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้แจ้งความจำนงไปพร้อมคณะ และได้เดินทงไปกันเองหรือไปกับคณะอื่น ก็ไปเจอกันในที่ประชุม แต่เนื่องจาก หัวข้อการบรรยายจากผู้บรรยายมีมากมายหลากหลาย บางรายการ เป็นการบรรยายพร้อมกัน แต่คนละห้อง ทางที่ดี ควรแยกย้ายกันเข้าฟังสลับกันไป เพื่อจะได้เก็บเกี่ยวข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ ที่ไม่บ่อยนัก ที่จะมีการรวมกันของบรรดานักวิชาการด้านเห็ดเป็นยาของโลก อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางคณะจะพยายามรายงานบรรยากาศและความคืบหน้าของการประชุมครั้งนี้มาตลอดของการประชุม

ผมต้องกราบขอบพระคุณท่านอาจารย์ที่เมตตาผมให้เป็นผู้ติดตามคณะของอาจารย์ในการไปประชุมวิชาการ เห็ดเป็นยาโลก ที่เมืองปักกิ่งในครั้งนี้ด้วย ซึ่งผมมีความสนใจด้านเห็ดเป็นยา และอยากรู้ว่าวงการเห็ดเป็นยาโลกเขาไปถึงใหนกันแล้ว ปัจจุบันผมก็กำลังเรียนด้านแพทย์แผนไทยอยู่ โดยมีเป้าหมายจะนำเห็ดมาเป็นยาร่วมกับสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรคตามแพทย์แผนไทย และผมยังเริ่มทำฟาร์มเห็ดเศรษฐกิจด้วยเพื่อให้พอมีเงินหมุนเวียน เลี้ยงลูกน้องให้พออยู่ได้ หลังจากที่ได้ทำฟาร์มเห็ดมาเดือนนี้เป็นเดือนที่4แล้ว พึ่งจะเริ่มมีดอกเห็ดออกขาย แต่เป้าหมายยังไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงครับ

เมื่อคืนวันที่31/8/56 คณะของเราก็เดินทางกลับมาไทยโดยสวัสดิภาพแล้วครับ สำหรับการเข้าร่วมงานการประชุมทางวิชาการเห็ดเป็นยาโลก (The 7th International Medicinal Mushroom Conference) ในครั้งนี้ ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก ได้พบนักวิทยาศาสตร์ นักวิจัยเห็ดเป็นยาจากทั่วโลกมากมายมารวมตัวกันอยู่ที่งานนี้ พร้อมกับนำงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ มาเสนอแข่งกัน แต่ก็แปลกที่นักวิทยาศาสตร์หรือนักวิจัยไทย กลับไม่มีใครสนใจ ซึ่งเห็ดเป็นยาปัจจุบันได้พัฒนาจากการผลิตเพื่อใช้กับคน มาใช้กับสัตว์ในระบบอุตสาหกรรมมากขึ้นแล้ว คนไทยต้องรีบตื่น รีบพัฒนากันได้แล้ว เห็ดเป็นยาในบ้านเรามีมากมาย อย่ารอให้ต่างชาติมาเอาของเราไปหมด เขามาวิจัยเห็ดเป็นยาของเราแล้วเขาก็จดลิขสิทธิ์ คนไทยก็ได้แค่เพาะเห็ดสดขายให้เขาในราคาถูก ๆ คนไทยอย่าให้ช้ำใจเหมือนหลายเรื่องที่ผ่านมาไม่ว่าจะเป็นเห็ด สมุนไพร หรืออื่น ๆ
ผมจะทยอยอัพข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้เรื่อย ๆ นะครับ เพราะได้มาเยอะมาก วันนี้เอาบรรยากาศมาฝากก่อน

ดีใจมากที่ได้คุณปรีชา โชติกลาง ผู้ผ่านการอบรมเห้ดจากอานนท์ไบโอเทค เดินทางร่วมไปด้วย เพราะจะได้เห็นบรรยากาศ การตื่นตัวอย่างมากมายและยิ่งใหญ่ของต่างประเทศ ขณะที่เราอยู่แถวหลังๆเขามากๆ จากนี้ไป ก็ขอให้คุณปรีชา นำเอาภาพบรรยากาศต่างๆทยอยเอามาเล่าให้ฟัง สำหรับ ดร.อานนท์ หลังจากลงเครื่องบินแล้ว ก็ต้องรีบเตรียมงาน โดยวันพรุ่งนี้ ก็จะไปออกทีวีเวลา บ่าย 3 โมงเย็น เรื่องเห็ดเป็นยาที่จะนำเอาไปจัดโชว์ในงานสมุนไพรแห่งชาติครั้งที่ 10 ระหว่างวันที่ 4-8 กันยายน ทำให้ ระยะนี้ ดร.อานนท์ จะไม่มีเวลาว่างที่จะเข้ามาเวปนี้เพื่อตอบข้อสงสัยต่างๆได้เลย
